Laurel Park FC Youth Sports Foundation 1st Annual Firework Display

LAUREL PARK FC YOUTH SPORT FOUNDATION CHARITY FIREWORKS INFORMATION:

DATE: 4 TH NOVEMBER 2023

TIME: GATES OPEN 5PM

LPFC-YSF will be running the Charity Fireworks event this year at Laurel Park supported by The Woodley & Earley Lions, Thames Vale Vultures and the 1996 Earley Air Cadets.

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY:

We will be promoting local clubs and organisations and we will have a “Community Village” located on the top field adjacent to Rushey Way. These clubs will be promoting themselves to support and recruit young people in our community. There will also be food and drink outlets available for all to buy food and drinks while discussing with the local clubs and organisations that will be promoting and recruiting young enthusiastic people.

GATE ENTRANCES:

This year the gate entrances will be changed from previous entrances. Marefield and
Sellafield entrances will no longer be used and will now be as follows:

Rushey way on to the top field (2 gate entrances) one gate either side of the main
field adjacent to Rushey Way.
Underpass below Rushey Way leading up from Maiden Place and pathway gate into
Laurel Park
Maiden Erlegh Lake gate entrance (Remains the same)

TICKETS:

Advanced tickets can be purchased online and sale for these will open on the 14 th October. Tickets can be purchased online or on the gate and you can purchase with either cash or card payments.

DISABLED ACCESS

Disabled Access only, will be available via Marefield

PARKING

Parking is limited and we would ask all those attending to try and walk to the event. Should parking be required, please use parking facilities at Asda. Please avoid parking in the surrounding roads and avoid blocking any driveways and keep roads clear for emergency services.
